Baldwin

Frank's kind of a rational dude, or used to be before that progressive disease known as TDS invaded his body.

It was an accident. That is all.
Jacksonville teen arrested in shooting death deemed accidental of 15-year-old

Officers were called about 9:15 p.m. to the 3800 block of Grant Road where the 15-year-old was shot in the upper chest. Detectives learned he was in a shed with several other teens when one pulled out a gun. While the suspect was handling the gun, it went off and hit the victim, the Sheriff's Office said.

Investigators found no indication that the shooting was intentional but issued an arrest warrant Wednesday, and the teen turned himself in, the Sheriff's Office said.

Ruled a tragic accident but the shooter was still charged...many more like this

Before this thread drifts further, let us all be reminded, this is Baldwin's fault. Instead of this asshat screeching about the police shooting at an armed suspect, or how Americans should not be allowed to own guns, had this attention seeking prick bothered to learn anything about the topic he was railing about, he would/should have checked the gun before pointing it at something he did not intend to destroy.

I feel sorry for him and hopefully, he will retire into the dustbin where stupid, opinionated actors reside, never to be seen or heard from again.

Instead, I predict this lowlife will appear on TV talk shows telling America it was the guns fault. He is all too predictable.

The 4 universal rules of gun safety are:

Treat all guns as if they are always loaded.
Never let the muzzle point at anything that you are not willing to destroy.
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have made the decision to shoot.
Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

Really, he should. It's manslaughter.

very true , One of my rules for students was simple if anyone hands you a gun you are to act like they are a idiot and know nothing about guns . Its up to you to check and make sure its safe.

I have taught hundreds of students from all over the world to shoot and not ne range or class room accident .And I watch them like hawks .

I doubt Baldwin from what I know about him personally is very knowledgeable of fire arms and I have to wonder why he was pointing it at non actors and fired it also.

Besides hes spoiled and accustomed to people doing the dirty work for him , Ironic how much he b ad mouths guns yet has mad a living with them in the movies and he ends up shooting 2 people .
As a person I cant stand him at all , but he is a good actor , he was great in the departed , the edge and
Mercury Rising hes kinda a b plus actor

Who was the producer? Baldwin. The buck stops THERE. It was a horrendous accident, but still it was he who was in charge.

You don't know what happened, it may have been an "accident", BUT, if that piece of shit baldwin had exercised basic gun safety and checked to make sure the gun was safe, she would be alive. But you shit stained sons of whores NEVER Take responsibility for anything. Die soon commie.
Apparently liberals think shooting small unarmed female is just fine.

I was just howling at the moon the other night with my wife while listening to Howling Wolf sing Smokestack Lightning! And a good time was had by all. The night ended with a little moaning in the moonlight.....:laugh

Fantastic song, they don't make 'em that anymore!

Hey dick smoker I made the OP so shut your nigger dick sucking mouth. You're a lying cum guzzler if you think this topic has anything to do with Trump, ya stupid son of a whore.

You bring "stupid" to a whole new level.

The OP starts with a picture of the fucking moron, Trump.

Try to stay focused. Try to stay human. Try to pretend you are over ten years of age.

"Why Was I Handed a Hot Gun?"

Why did you point that gun at non-actors and pull the trigger?

I'm sure the script didn't have any scene where you were required to shoot the Director(s)! Go ahead and admit it!

You've demonstrated Demonic guidance for a long time now! Satan takes over when you get angry - they say you were mad! So you, and the Devil in you, decided it was time to throw a tantrum and pull the trigger!

Now one person is dead and another wounded, and instead of manning up and taking responsibility - you're crying and blaming others - you've been that way your entire life! Here's the thing about gun safety - you never, ever, take someones word or assume that the gun is UNLOADED! You check it! Ultimately, you pulled the trigger and you're responsible!

Baldwin belongs in prison for manslaughter. I don't CARE if he thought the gun was unloaded. I don't CARE if live rounds weren't allowed on the set. He was angry; he picked up a firearm - not a plastic fake, but a REAL FIREARM - and pointed it at the object of his anger (a woman; Alec seems to have problems with those types) and HE PULLED THE TRIGGER.

You do NOT aim a firearm, whether a prop or part of your survival gear or whatever - you do NOT point it at anything you do not wish to destroy.

He did.

Death resulted - from his complete disregard for firearm safety and his childish tantrum.

Manslaughter, IMO. That he "didn't mean to" doesn't wash. He didn't set this gun down on a counter and have it discharge. He didn't drop it. He POINTED it, and PULLED THE TRIGGER.
