Could you cite the relevant language [re: "Trump's accountability" re: the Sarbanes-Oxley Act], and confirm that President Trump was the CEO of the affected organization at the time?

So, I'll reiterate: WAS Trump the CEO of the affected organization at the time?

I brought up the Sarbanes-Oxley Act when the troll challenged me with "If your accountant embezzled money, are you held accountable". Or something close to that.
