DOGE Plans to Rebuild SSA Code Base in Months, Risking Benefits and System Collapse

They are uniquely challenged...I think it's fascinating...they all have the exact same triggers and responses...
So quite easy to redirect...
I have tons of success...and it gets easier every day... Just let them post... They put Jazzie Crockett to shame...;)

Suck that thang, Toxic, suck it good!

FYI -- The JPP legal team wants to inform you that we will use proper pronouns -- he/she/his/hers -- now. The use of the Woke DEI terms "they and their" is henceforth forbidden.

Baseball is much more interesting and it’s starting in a few minutes.

Try to do better, hire that publicist that I recommended.

Perhaps he/she can convince a few people that that you are smart and not a phony.

MAs tarde, Pobrecito,

We were posting about the DOGE workers who are not being paid.

Don’t deny your posts, Pobre.

A person with dementia would deny their posts, Pobre.

You said they were being paid, post the link.
I see. So you think Musk was lying?

"Nobody at DOGE gets paid a penny, correct?" Hannity asked Musk.

"Well, actually, some people are federal employees," the SpaceX CEO replied. "But it's fair to say that the software engineers at DOGE could be earning millions of dollars a year and instead are earning a small fraction of that as federal employees."

I am Absolutely betting on them To be successful.....Superior Resources....skills... planning ... and executing ... And they're doing this for America...;) I don't see them ignoring anything... I think it's clear they know exactly what they're doing.... I understand that you want them to fail... That's your choice... I hope you're not too disappointed when they succeed...

My, aren't we distraught and particularly slavish today? Ewww. Does writing crazy stuff like this help you feel better?

BTW no one is going to write billions of lines of code and not get paid. Software engineers in the private sector, with education and experience, make six figures a year. Government IT don't make what private industry pays. Think it will save taxpayer money to hire outsiders, or to keep the ones already on board and familiar with the systems?

I'm sorry. I forgot who I was replying to. Maybe your 7-11 liquor store clerk can explain that to you. lol

How much you willing to bet? I will bet you that in 6 months, they will not have replaced the existing SSA programs or if they have attempted to do so they will have caused problems with people receiving their SS payments.

How about you agree to donate $100 to JPP if they don't have it up and running perfectly in 6 months? I'll donate $200 if they do.

This has nothing to do with wanting them to fail. It is called reality. SSA spent hundreds of millions dollars and over 2 years starting to upgrade the systems and then COVID hit and they had to change priorities.

Then as is pointed out in the 2024 audit, one of the biggest concerns with the modernization is cybersecurity.

Well said.

Typically massive systems like SSA's are not entirely revamped. Instead they tack on and fine tune and add new things. To completely rewrite the SSA's various systems would take a large team of experienced engineers literally years to write, test, and put into production.

Toxic TOP knows nothing of this other than what Fox and Newsmax talking heads tell her. But as a dutiful cult member, she will insist that she's right and you know nothing at all.

You brought up the CEO's in a discussion of programming. It seems it is you that is stupid.

Prove they aren't.

Idjits are idjits. People that think they can rewrite 60 million lines of code in a different language in 6 months are idiots.

And testing it :palm:
So... are you willing to put your money where you mouth is and take that bet for $100 on them completing this rewrite in 6 months? Or are you so unsure of your position that you won't even put up $100?

Who says Musk isn't just identifying waste and formulating a plan on how to resolve it? He could give the analyses and an action plan to the people in charge and the problems would be resolved over the next 4 years.
Everyone who is educated and experienced says it. SS has not missed a check in over 80 years. It is run on under 1 percent of revenue. It is not an organization that requires an overhaul. It has no problems now, but after these idiots finish, it will have.

You are stupid if you think CEO's do the programming.

Working without pay? ROFLMAO. You are so gullible you look absolutely ridiculous.

This isn't an official agency; where is the funding coming from? I mean, besides our pockets?

Is Musk lying when he says DOGE employees are getting paid?

And pEarl is stupid enough to believe that software engineers earn millions per year. Bwahahaha! If Musk is paying that much he sucks as a businessman. Like his VP Trump.

The only overhaul needed is to revamp its funding. That can be easily done just by removing the earnings cap for FICA deductions.

Elon's teams have CEOs that have entire companies that specialize in software so I trust them.
Who told you this? And ask yourself why someone would regress the programming for a national system to something that is seriously outdated, thus becoming even more susceptible to hacking. And of course, you know that SocSec record of payments since its creation is exemplary, right?

Ever since its creation, right wing wonks and the corporate powers have hated the very idea of working people having some control over their own lives. And they called FDR a "traitor to his class" for creating the New Deal.

If these jackasses had their way and SocSec was privatized during the G.W. Bush era, a whole lotta folk would have been royally screwed during the Walt Street Crisis and the like.

Only crazy people do the exact same thing hoping for a different outcome.
