Trump will ‘buckle under pressure’ if Europe bands together over tariffs, German economy minister says​

U.S. President Donald Trump will “buckle under pressure” and alter his tariff policies if Europe bands together, acting German economy minister Robert Habeck said Thursday.

“That is what I see, that Donald Trump will buckle under pressure, that he corrects his announcements under pressure, but the logical consequence is that he then also needs to feel the pressure,” he said during a press conference, according to a CNBC translation.

Those who voted for Trump or just sat it out because they were in a snit over Kamala deserve to have their retirement funds eliminated. Just like they eliminated the value from my 401k.

But then folks like @Hume probably don't have jobs that have "retirement" per se. It would require more education and possibly a functional brain. I assume folks like Hume work fast food because that's all their simple brains can handle.

I already eliminated about 3/4 of my 401k and placed it in a real estate consortium back in 2018. What’s left is mostly in fixed income so it still does ok in a bear, not so good in a bull. Wish it was all in that r.e. but the boss lady wouldn’t let me back then.

It's not that easy, given that we've been shipping them LNG in order to end Putin's stranglehold on them. I don't think trump is stupid enough to stop that, but his actions/policies are typically induced by rage.
