He was still President and we all know the President gets all the credit or blame for what happens.
it is a FACT the markets were setting record highs for several months before he left, then Trump took over and now they have been going down and down.

My question is more about the day to day dips or rises. Every dip they think they have a "i told you so" and every rise they say "he caved"... but "he caved" has been used now, what happens when they are up today? What is the talking point then?
