Another point: It is fairly difficult to stab someone in the heart through the chest. Not only is this clearly self-defense, at least from what we know about the incident via the media. But a case could also be made for manslaughter versus murder given that difficulty.

It's telling that only the most virulent of JPP racists are still going on and on about this two weeks later.
