premeditation is not an easy burden for the prosecution - nor should it be! it required proving motive AND advanced planning

proof that you planned enough to defend yourself with a weapon will not cut it

I am sure that you are correct...but that knife wasn't there for fishing or a culinary class...and it probably didn't fall off the kitchen counter into the bag...

simply having a weapon is so far from the burden required - this level of dumb reply is why I would also question if you ever truly taught anyone anything - and if you did - you probably shouldn't have!

you seem slower than any teacher I have ever met

It was much more than simply having the weapon...which is an offense in itself, particularly at a school event... I'm ok if that is your evaluation of my career...apparently the system...and schools...and students... I worked for and worked with felt otherwise...Especially in 1996...:) And that's all that matters...;)
Have you ever taught in a public school? I'm going to guess you haven't the foggiest idea what is involved...or what makes a good teacher... Very few people here do...

my daughter is a teacher. She is brilliant - she could of done anything she wanted to do. I don't see that in you. If you were a teacher, I would say you hit your ceiling - so congrats

this is a pretty clear example of emotions getting the best of both of these kids - not premediated!

She has the patience to be a good teacher. The type of students she worked with needed extra patience. I have never seen TOP lose her composer. Even in the face of the putrid pussy squad.
