SCOTUS:Trump can’t use Tariffs

Supreme Court rules that Trump’s sweeping emergency tariffs are illegal

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the majority opinion and the court agreed 6-3 that the tariffs exceeded the law.

“The president asserts the extraordinary power to unilaterally impose tariffs of unlimited amount, duration, and scope,” Roberts wrote for the court. “In light of the breadth, history, and constitutional context of that asserted authority, he must identify clear congressional authorization to exercise it.”

No problem... They're just telling him that he has to implement them in another way and he will....

It was simple to understand. The Constitution gives the power over money, commerce and tariffs to Congress. I am sure his advisers told him that long ago, but Trump defiantly grabs powers he does not have and defies you to do anything about it. Perhaps the Supremes have done that.
So he'll go through congress.
