14 days, 17 lobbyists, what promise?

I was wondering about the speed at which it went from "This is an administration of hope, not fear" to "Pass my economic stimulus package now or we will be in a recession forever".

You would think when we see the same thing over and over from politicians regardless of party people would catch on but that doesn't really seem to be the case.
 
If I remember correctly, after the first lobbyist was nominated we were told he was the exception to the rule. Are we really at 17 exceptions already?
