Then perhaps it would be as well for other wannabees to consider the possibility of them doing likewise. Of course anyone can start their own forum (I wouldn't know the first thing about such a thing) but what is the point when you then have to fight with someone with whom you have been pleased (I assume) to be associated to get interest.
Some of us came from the War on Terror forum and were pleased to be part of such a thriving community. Much better to introduce changes you want here, with a captive audience than launch you own possibly second rate product.
20,000 seems pretty good to me... but then, what would I know?
 
Actually, it is Billy who is planning to launch another site for special interest items. I have no plans to leave JPP anytime soon. I am also not internet saavy enough to manage my own site.
 
I've wanted to launch my own site for years and as stated numerous times, it will in no way be anything like JPP other than the fact I will be writing for it.
