Excellent post. Obama the candidate vs Obama the president.

He's a lying sack of shit.

And the unfortunate reality is that, the most ambitious liars are the ony ones that have a chance at holding the presidency.

Why? Because the only honest politicians are the ones that are willing to fail.

Blue sky bullshit is the only thing that works. Look at this guy, he's got nothing but an image, NOTHING, but everyone's busting a nut over him.

Well, not nothing, he's helped our image in the global perspective, but that's fleeting.

Domestically, besides lip service, how is this guy any different than Bush?

Its like cleaning up after a riot with good speech. The mess is still there but a lot of us just feel better about it. The American public deserves whats coming.
