That stupid shit looked like a Saturday Night Live skit.

It should also be noted that America created Al Queda and it's "spokesperson" sure seemed real anxious to absolve the Bush Administration of any wrong-doing.

Why would he do that?

If Al Queda could pin the events of 9/11 on the Bush Administration, wouldn't that be the ultimate terrorist attack? Imagine the world outrage if it was known the Bushistas were responsible, not 9 cavemen.

Imagine the reprecussions throughout the arab world after we've mass-murdered hundreds of thousands of innocent people for a fraud we concocted.

Obviously, this was bullshit.

It's the fricking Onion, BAC. Geez! It's parody. The Onion isn't a real newspaper in any way shape or form. It isn't even John Stewart type of "news".

thanks that was lots of fun.

Oh and BTW the government itsself says it cant not fully explain why the towers fell in the manner they did.

No worries BAC the Onion has fooled me before too.

They got me the first time I came acrossed one of their articles. They are the all satire all the time media outlet.

My bad ..:(

I love the Onion because they can and will make fun of any political opinion and it will be funny.

Even when they crack on libertarianism or Ron Paul it is still funny to me.

One of the best parodies of libertarian thought I have ever read was in the Onion. It was a list of FAQ about the candidates and on Ron Paul's section is said:

Reason for Likely Defeat: People may decide they like roads.

Ron Paul's Stances:

Immigration: Believes that the market, on its own, will achieve a natural equilibrium between foreigners' demand for illegal entry into the country and Americans' supply of rifles and ammunition.

Climate: Believes that the Earth's climate should be afforded the liberty to act and express itself as it desire unencumbered by any forms of governmental regulation.

Foreign Affairs: Says we should bring back all soldiers currently serving overseas and make them return all the money we paid them.

Iraq War: Opposes it for some complicated libertarian reason best explained in a rambling, discursive way by your office I.T. guy.
