They need to find a quarterback before that can happen. Taking Johnny Football would be about as dumb as taking Colt McCoy. Now if they take Teddy Bridgewater in the draft and with the improvements to their defense they could be a contender but right now the Clowns are a year or two from being a contender. The sure do look like geniuses now for dumping the kid from Alabama last year.
 
Yes, rumor has it that if they don't get Bridgewater or Bortles, that they'll draft Carr. They can also grab Watkins and Hyde if they grab Carr with their second pick of R1. Even if Carr isn't ready to go out of the gate, Brian Hoyer proved he was adequate last season prior to getting injured.

Of course, it's Cleveland, so they could still fuck-up this draft.

Well I'm glad they've taken over from the Bungels as the leagues laughing stock. Right now, even though he's getting heat for losing in the playoffs three years in a row Marvin Lewis has saved the Bengals franchise. They renewed his contract through 2016 I believe. There's always going to be assholes who think a head coach who doesn't win the Super Bowl every year should be fired but I think Marvin Lewis is one of the top 5 head coaches in the NFL. Given what he did to turn the worst franchise in the NFL around.

Not going to happen. Josh Johnson is just as atheletic as Tebow....probably even better and he has a stronger passing arm and superior mechanics to Tebow. Johnson was a steal for the Bengals last year. He's going to be Cinci's back up. Tebow might fit as a third string QB, if Cinci decide to go with a third string QB. Even so Matt Flyn and Brady Quin are still available and both are better fits with the Bengals than Tebow is.

Why can't they just leave poor Timmy alone, he isn't an NFL QB, he was good in college, let's remember that way!
