The article is partially paywalled, but I felt there's enough that's free to be worth posting about it. Quoting from the introduction of the article:
**
The Trump administration acknowledged in a court filing Monday that it had grabbed a Maryland father with protected legal status and mistakenly deported him to El Salvador, but said that U.S. courts lack jurisdiction to order his return from the megaprison where he’s now locked up.

The case appears to be the first time the Trump administration has admitted to errors when it sent three planeloads of Salvadoran and Venezuelan deportees to El Salvador’s grim “Terrorism Confinement Center” on March 15. Attorneys for several Venezuelan deportees have said that the Trump administration falsely labeled their clients as gang members because of their tattoos. Trump officials have disputed those claims.

He had a court order for his deportation from 2019
And, he can appeal his deportation from El Salvador or wherever the hell he is now. That doesn't require his presence in the US. Sounds like this guy's attorney(s) are on that, so maybe he will get his order of deportation overturned at some point. Until then, he can stay out of the US.

Oh, Trump also revoked Venezuelan's who are illegally in the US "protected status" entirely with an executive order cancelling Biden's executive order as is his right to do as President.

And if polling is any indication whatsoever, those opposing his deportation are going to get slammed hard at the polls. Voters are not in the mood to support illegals remaining in the US at the moment. You might thank Biden and the Left for that.

Voters supported deportation. Not incompetence & cruelty.
