Fox had them all convinced that Romney would win in a landslide victory. Much of that false info came from conservative slanted Rasmussen polls as touted by Dick Morris.
Many conservatives only look to Rasmussen because it tells them what they want to hear. That's fine by me. It gives them a false sense of security and a bigger dose of humiliation on election day.

Polls are only good for spotting trends this far out. Trump has tightened the gap on Hillary by a significant margin over the course of several months.

Of course it doesn't mean he will win, it just means Hillary needs to do something to stop it. But she will have the bulk of the media on her side and, unbelievably, some segments of the republican establishment. Look for a doubling-down on the hysterical Trump is a _______ rhetoric if the polls tighten up further.
 
I'm not saying that's not gonna happen in the future, I will point out that that's not a correct or accurate pool now and that we all know it is Rasmussen.
