They did a candid shot of it. It was at the back of the room behind the press corp. Apparently it replaces his two teleprompters that were ditched in light of all the heckling he has taken in recent weeks for his seeming dependence. Question; how is the closed circuit TV any different then using a teleprompter?

I think he likely had trouble as a child with stuttering and the teleprompter is an aid to help him not stutter.
