Another prediction is looking---right

5 years ago--I predicted our economy would trickle down, and michigans economy would spread into other states. I was right

About the same time, I predictd that global warming would be under heavy fire--becaue of cooling--I was right again

This time--I said Romney would win Florida--and he just took the lead with McCain both passing Rudy.

all I hear from liberial media (ABC CBS NBC and espically MSNBC) is "Romney is only winning because he has deep pockets (then why is Hillery loosing). He has to win Florida, or he will be out. I think Romnsy finished 1st or 2nd in almost every, if not every event. That is hard to beat--even for Ricky Carmichael.

I don't know if I trust Romney that much----but it is 100% amazing he is doing so darn well---when the whole media is pretty much against him and pro liberial McCain. Just Amazing. Talk raido and the internet is hurting the power of liberial media--it is about time.

Come on damo, aren't you going to tell majority that if you predict a downturn long enough it will happen ? Or was that just partisanship in targeting me ?

He was far more specific. Also, I have no idea if he did predict this.

But it is true that if you predict a downturn for long enough, at some point you will be right.

I think he is jumping on a "I predicted such and such" on a site where we could know no such thing. I have no idea if he is right. And I have serious doubts that Michigan's Economy is trickling anywhere. Michigan's economy doesn't run the rest of the economy as if it is central and what happens in Michigan happens everywhere else or something.
 
Unfortuantely Michigans economy has far less impact on the economy than it did. because we are now 2/3 a consumer based economy vs 2/3 manufacturing based.

however michigans downfall has been good for some other sataes such as others along the I75 corridor and other places where auto related manufacturing has moved to.
So it is a mixed bag but the overall nationwide loss of the manufacturing base...well that is not a good thing for our country. A consumer spending based economy is far more fragile than a manufacturing based one for several reasons.

I think the goal is to make it so Americans will be happy to join a Union because there will be manufacturing and oil included in a NAU...

I guess it is cold where he lives or something.

You may be correct. Never in the history of this nation have we ever implimented socialism----unless our people were hurting economically. Like the heroin induced libs just said--the economy is always fluctuating--but we never get rid of any socialist economically failing program when times are good.

Im would rather go through some hard times with out assistance, then let the assistance be a burdon on me during good times--efectively makeing all times bad times.

Just wondering why you started you justification with such a recent date there dude. we have been keeping temp records for a long time.
 
Hmmm .. 8 years ago I predicted that Bush would drag this nation and the Republican Party right into the toliet.

But then again, most of planet earth predicted the same thing.
