everyone has a CD except Elliott how come?
 
Because nobody wants to buy a CD from Snaggletooth Boringsinger except people in CT.

LOL. Yeah, but I thought it would get you all mad...

I'd bet he already has one coming out. The only thing is, he didn't win so he has to wait until the winner's CD comes out first.
