Apportionment for illegals?

Did you know that whenever congressional seats are apportioned they count illegal immigrants as part of the states population? Just think about how many house seats California gets because of people that CAN'T VOTE.

Why don't you do the math and figure out exactly how many seats that adds up to. With only 11 million illegals in the country, spread out over 50 states, and divided into districts within the state, I can't imagine it adds up to even one seat.
