Iran was compelled to respond to Israel's attack against the Irani embassy. I am sure Biden did not want WW3 over that. So Iran did a half assed attack against Israel trying to avoid spreading the conflict. I do not know if Biden knew about it, but it is the kind of response a person who does not want the Middle East to explode would have approved of.
