He clearly is lost in the conversation as he goes from bragging to completely befuddled and stuttering 'huh', as he is confronted with the fact, the policy he is now pushing would kill the person he is bragging about how he saved her from a very unfair imprisonment.



Is this not proof of how far cognitively gone Biden is?
 
Biden has the normal level of dementia that goes with being our age.
It's no big deal.

I wish we had a better candidate, but the party figures that he's running against a Republican
so he should be good enough.

People who register as Republicans are already demented at age 18.
That's just a fact, plain and simple.

There is on normal level. Some people get it bad, others survive unscathed until they die.
