Then you should look up Jan Mayen and British Indian Ocean Territory to see what they are.

Then we can get into the Norwegian, British, and French territories were Trump imposed a different tariff on the territory vs the country.

UK - 10%, Falkland Islands - 41%, St Helana - 10%
