Or maybe we just need to actually follow the old one. This is the same sort of BS as blaming the free market for failures in a government regulated industry. Here we have Chavez blaming a Constitution that was designed to limit government for the problems of an ever expansive massively growing government.

I am very curious to see how that all works out long term anyway.
That might be what the republicans fear the most about hugo. It might not work out too bad.
