Authorities have arrested an illegal immigrant suspected in the deadly Texas shooting that left two dead inside the fast-food restaurant on Wednesday.

Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta, a 37-year-old citizen of El Salvador, is charged with capital murder of multiple persons after a shooting at a Chick-fil-A in the 5300 block of North MacArthur Boulevard in Irving, police announced.

Wrong! Illegal immigrants commit crimes at much higher rates. We can start with 100% of them having committed the crime of illegal entry into the US. A good indicator of this is that illegals end up being convicted of serious felonies and going to prison at about double their percentage in the US population as a whole.

Yes, legal immigrants have a much lower, virtually nonexistent crime rate.
