Agreed, China is certainly beginning an expansionist policy.

They have built up their military over decades to support it, specifically to challenge the United States.

Apparently they've developed a missile which is an Aircraft Carrier killer.

Ultimately there isn't much we can do about it.

It's not our region. It's too difficult for us to maintain influence way over there compared to China.

India or Australia will have to step it up although Australia is not really into that sort of thing.

Russia could but they are in cahoots with China so that's not going to happen.
