One need look no farther than Michigan governor Rick Snyder. Not only is he against encumbering state officials, including himself, with onerous civil and criminal penalties for intiating and continuing the poisoning of Flint residents but now, in his infinite compassion, he proposing that Flint residents be compelled to pay only 60% of the costs previously imposed in poisoning them.
Is that a deal or what????
