Plus inflation has gone UP and the value of the Dollar has gone down!! Not only did our 401k's not grow, but they are worth about HALF because of these factors.

It is very slightly higher than when Bush took office. About .02%

Also it should be noted that it is January 20th again when Bush will leave office. Are you projecting it to stay exactly as it is now? It could be that you are right, but psychic predictions lend little credibility to your post if you take into consideration your notorious reading comprehension issues.

With his prediction he's claiming to be a market reader. Of course one who knows where the market will be on Jan. 19th would be on JPP instead of trading with said knowledge.
