It's also irrelevant to his base and most voters it would appear by polling. On the other hand, hard push, negative campaigns where you smear your opponent instead of run on your own record of success and send out a message as to how you'll improve things rarely works.

But for Biden he has a shit record to run on and everything he wants to do if reelected makes most Americans recoil in revulsion, topped off by his being a senile idiot is what makes him tanked and remain tanked in the polls.
