This is the same guy that beat the woman off camera. Seems he likes his victims to be defenseless and I bet he appreciates those that wish to disarm citizens, like water.

KSLA News 12 has obtained a copy of lawsuit against Officer Wiley Willis.
The lawsuit stems from an incident back in April of 2005.
The lawsuit claims Willis removed his gun, and placed it to the head of a then 12-year-old boy, who was riding his scooter, and failed to stop.
It also says that Willis threatened to shoot the boy, if he and his mother did not back up.
And it alleges that Willis threw the boy to the ground and placed his knee into the boys back.
That lawsuit is still pending.
