I haven't yet read it, and I'm already aware that it's received criticism. Right below her article in my search, I found this one:

Given that I've heard bad things regarding glyphosate in the past, I suspect that Stephanie's on the right track, but since I haven't yet read her article, let alone her ideological opponent's, I'll leave it at that.

If there's a major terrorist attack in the US due to foreign influence upon RW radicals in the US, I suspect there will be a crackdown on both American and foreigners pushing the lies.

As posted previously, it wouldn't take much to put them in prison for 6-24 months; DUI, drugs in house or car, porn on their computers, explosives under their trailer, weapons, etc. Lots of ways the CIA can work with a foreign government to take out a threat for a year or two.

Only if they are in the US. There are several foreign agents on JPP operating outside the US. This is where the CIA comes in using assets local to the agent's country of residence.

The news has been filled with reports of foreign influence in US elections and the division it's spreading. Phoenyx's Epoch Times is only one example. After a mass casualty terrorist attack, Americans will be encentivized to scream for Congress to do something to stop the flow of false information.

Free Speech stops being free speech when it's a deliberate lie used to encourage violence. That's where the crackdown will begin. While the agents themselves would quickly adapt, all of their past messages would be used against them.

Again, not a life sentence or anything. Just a year or two in prison is enough to slow them down and give them time to reconsider the course their lives should take upon release.
