Kamala Harris can't speak to the press or ever appear without a script. She is TERRIFIED of debating Trump, for obvious reasons and refused to debate him on Fox. So Trump agreed to again debate in the den of the DNC Propaganda corps at ABC. But Kam-Kam knows that even with the party supplying the moderators, she has no chance of debating Trump. So she is doing all she can to duck out of the debate.

She is DESPERATE to duck out of the debate. She knows she can't go toe to toe with Trump. Whether she is drunk or just dumb - she can't speak coherently without (or often with) a script.

that explains her dead last finish against other candidates when she ran against opposition. she is just too good
