It's too long for the average conservative attention span.
 
I think this was created during the anti-communist rage in the 50s. It seems more about fighting socialism than anything.

But since the insult about conservatives was tossed out, it looks as though someone might think this cartoon is pointing out the ills of conservative gov't. Is that the case? Because, imho, this should remind BOTH parties of where we come from.
