I'm open to pushback here.
We keep hearing democracy is at stake yet people are pissed off the media is reporting on Biden's condition and the response to the debate as if the media is suppose to be some partisan extension of the DNC. People used to say the media was supposed to report the facts and hold the powerful accountable. Now it's more along the lines of 'I want you to be an activist for the cause I desire'.
The funny thing to me is had the media been reporting more on Biden's condition throughout his term, Democrats might have addressed it sooner instead of being somewhat blind sided at the debate (that's also because Biden's inner circle kept it hidden pretty well).
