Yep, the Democrats want to pony up another $3 billion yearly to help illegals (they call them "migrants") become "self-sufficient." That is, they want to give illegal entrants welfare to help them stay in the US. They want to do this to take pressure off of Democrat run cities (in particular) that have had a mass influx of illegal entrants flooding in.
