Obviously there has to be penalties, otherwise, why would anyone obey any law?
hope you're ok with that penalty being death.
Originally the idea was to fine (back handed tax) those who do not obtain a health insurance plan. Adding jail time, with associated criminal history is going WAY around the bend.Obviously there has to be penalties, otherwise, why would anyone obey any law?

Though I am not surprised to see the tell tale signs of how the modern left TRULY views personal liberty. Do it their way, or be labeled a criminal.
Somehow being labeled unpatriotic for opposing the war (bad as it was) seems so pale in comparison.
It's more like death is the consequences of not having a medical plan.
i'm actually referring to the deaths of those who don't comply and end up resisting the enforcement of so called penalties for unconstitutional laws.
