At a rally in the increasingly contentious state of North Carolina, GOP candidate Donald Trump took a swipe at educators and military staff with a typically offensive statement.
Trump insinuated that those in teaching and military roles aren't engaged in 'proper' jobs, suggesting such positions are for those outside the "private sector." This isn't the first time that Trump has upset the Troops with his comments either.
This jab was directed at the Harris-Walz duo, with both having backgrounds in education, and Walz boasting 24 years in the National Guard.
Trump's remarks formed part of a broader offensive against the Democratic contenders, including a sarcastic jibe calling Walz a "beauty" and branding the pair as socialists.
