Reminder: Donald Trump is a cowardly draft dodger

He’s leading the Republican pack and loves to talk tough about ISIS, but it’s worth remembering that Donald Trump dodged the draft on five separate occasions and avoided military service at every opportunity.

While the Vietnam War that would claim the lives of some 58,000 of his countrymen raged, Trump received a series of deferments so that he could attend college at Fordham University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Then, after graduation, he received his fifth free pass, a fishy medical exemption that declared him ineligible for combat.

A draft dodger is someone who breaks the law to avoid the draft. Running away to Canada to avoid service is draft dodging. Burning a draft card or refusing to sign up for Selective Service is draft dodging.

Neither Donald Trump, Bill Clinton or anyone else using LEGAL deferments to stay out of Vietnam is a draft dodger. That's just plain IGNORANT.

You'll have to find some other angle for your KLAN-LIKE hatred of Trump.

But this is "The Donald." How can The Donald be declared "ineligible" for anything he wants to do? The Donald says that Jeb has no energy and Cruz is a cheater. The Donald says he's the HIGH ENERGY candidate. The world wonders where The Donald's HIGH ENERGY was when the draft board came a callin when he was like 20 years old.

qualified and absolute immunity for police officers, prosecutors, and judges are also legal ways for those so noted to skirt, ignore, and outright violate laws that you or I would never be able to do, so yes. trump dodged the draft using elitist class legalized workarounds to the law.
