Conservatives might want to rethink characterizing Harris as "dumb" after last night.
She went into that debate w/ a clear strategy and stuck to it. She was disciplined, and it was almost mystifying how well the traps she laid out for Trump worked.
Trump, for his part, knew in the days leading up to the debate that Harris was going to do this. Harris' campaign telegraphed exactly what she planned to do, and it was well reported. But - as we know - Trump can't help himself. He literally can't help himself. He took the bait every time - crowd sizes, leaders calling him a "disgrace," his criminal convictions, et al.
He fell apart with the 1st one on his crowds, and he never recovered. He's a weak man, and showed yet again how easy he is to manipulate, and how his temperament is not suited for the highest office in the land.
