The FBI and DoJ will conclude Trump demonstrated rhetorical recklessness and no reasonable prosecutor would indict him.
 
The only thing Trump demonstrated with that comment is his unceasing culpable stupidity.

What he said wasn't treason. It was stupid, idiotic, unthinking and immature, but that's Trump all over - and is just one more thing that explains why he's so unfit to run for any office, let alone President.

He demonstrates THAT every time he opens his mouth. Sure, people fall for it, but that begs the question: Who is more stupid, Trump or the people who support him?
