Really? The GAO are the numbers you kept bringing up against Bush. All the time. And it wasn't because they were a great example of liars, it was because you said they were the most accurate and unbiased.

Yeah what the report says is that Bush's DOL misrepresented their savings, sometimes using projections when actual numbers where available so that it looked like there was a greater savings than their was. that is just from the overview on page 2.

That is what it sounds like to me. They may have inflated the amount of savings but it was savings nonetheless.
