Note: Yes he does, they must be able to run for President by having met all the requirements for it.

It's in Amendment 12:

But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

He could be a Congressman or a Senator if he became a US citizen. However, I'm almost sure there is an article about that on "What White People Like", nobody at all must advocate a move to the US, this is a law.

OMG what is wrong with the men on this board lately? All they post about is sex. I bet it is all of those viagra and cialas commercials, going to their heads. I know they have been freaking me out, and not in a good way.

Sorry Darla, but its friday. Which means I have not seen my beloved since about 3am monday, and not had the chance to lay my hands on her since sunday night, and I am a few hours away from being home.

Not trying to offend or freak anyone out. Just looking forward to my weekend.
