Have you noticed that since his disastrous debate with Trump, Biden has been wired on doses of psycho-stimulant drug/s for every live/public speaking event he has had to make. Even with the stimulants he still makes a guaranteed handful of gaffes, but he is able to pass muster overall (kind of).
It's easy to detect if you know what behavioural signs to look for.
Regularly dosing an 81 year-old who has a cardiac arrythmia issue with prescription stimulant is risky business for a number of medical reasons. It goes to show you just how unethical his supervising physicians are.
