GOP a “carnival of idiots”

Fox News host Brian Kilmeade was less than pleased when the first Republican holdout voted against Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) for speaker of the House on Tuesday, calling the conservative lawmaker a “dumbass” while his network was covering the floor vote live.

In a scenario eerily reminiscent of Kevin McCarthy’s marathon series of votes to finally secure the speakership in January, Jordan failed on the first ballot as 20 House Republicans voted for other nominees.

Kilmeade, who earlier in the day called the House GOP a “carnival of idiots” over the self-imposed leadership crisis, was co-hosting Fox News’ Outnumbered when the network began covering the floor vote.

jordan does not admit Trump lost the election. He was part of the insurrection. He refused to testify in the 1-6 committee even after being subpoenaed. Jordan is exactly what is wrong with the right. You must have something against carnivals and idiots, Guno...to suggest they resemble the shit heap that is today's GOP. Today's GOP more closely resembles and old west saloon spittoon...filled rather full after an evening's celebration of a group of tabacco chewing cowboys.

As for Kilmeade calling one of the Republicans a dumbass...he could have applied it to any of them and been correct.

They defiled the presidency by proposing Trump for that position...so defiling the speakership by proposing Jordan is almost to be expected.
