Chicago Liberals vote in a Representative who hasn't been in Washington, for 6 months, is reported to be showing signs of depression and bipolar disorder, is currently in a Mayo Clinic, and is in the midst of plea discussions with the feds probing his alleged misuse of campaign funds.

At least he's Black.

The whole head case issues and stealing funds is pretty normal for the left. Here in WA, we just elected a state auditor who has a history of stealing from his employers/clients and facing lawsuits to that effect. He even lied about being endorsed by his predecessor, a popular Democrat, who was forced to come out and endorse the Republican. And still, we elected this crooked sociopath into one of the state's most important offices (important, because it tries to check the abuses and corruption committed by the other officers).
 
what do you expect from the party that also votes in a disgraced federal judge with felony convictions for perjury and corruption in office as a representative?
