so busy in fact, that they've shot and injured 3 innocent people simply for driving a pick up truck looked similar to the ex-cops. Then searching house to house in a neighborhood that MIGHT contain him, with no search warrant at all, around 400 houses. and if this guy had not killed a cop, does anyone think they'd have this kind of manhunt going on for him?
