Ham is useless on Thanksgiving, that's an Easter thing. Although I could debone a turkey and stuff a ham inside!

You would think but I like made a Turkey today that was spot on perfect. Skin crispy, meat moist and flavorful. I brined it all night and stuffed it with onion garlic and citrus then roasted it to a perfect 165 deg. It rocked!

Mom made a glazed ham that made everyone forget about my Turkey. It was that good. I'm reasonably sure that if I made a ham that would have put to shame a honey roast ham that she would have one upped me with her turkey.
