Uhmurika. Did I spell that correctly?

I see some familiar faces and many I don't know. I haven't been on any boards for a while. Got perma-banned from you-now-who because my spouse registered. They decided that was my sock account. Its almost as if they've been looking in my bedroom window.

So, how y'all?

And, how to post an image from one's computer?

I do see the 'add image' button for posting a url but not from a saved image.

Welcome, I love your avatar. You have to rack up about 15 posts before you can thank or groan. Maybe it's that way for images too. The button does say add from computer or url.

About as "correctly" as the "you-now-who" in the next paragraph.

You think that is what it was?

Movie character claimed he was banned from a casino because of his "system." "They were afraid of it," he claimed.

The guy lost every time he went into the place...but he was a dickhead. He caused trouble...and refused to follow the rules.

That's why he got banned.

Any chance your banning was more than just because of the supposed sock?

I saw my typo but don't see a way to edit posts. This board is somewhat different from any I've posted to before. You're certainly free to ignore my questions.

Pretty sure that 'what I'm made of' is already clear.

As to being a sock, this is the same name I've used for a lot of years but only on one board. The rules say not to bring the drama of other boards to this one so not saying which one.

Thank you and I already have.

Read what I write and decide for yourself whether I'm a "trouble maker" but here's what I really think about message boards, Facebook and so on:

I honestly believe we all have more in common than we have differences. I believe that all of us are doing the same thing. We're all just trying to live our lives the best way we know how. The real question is, how do we fit together the pieces for the common good?

Having said that, I'm not always able -- Oh hell, if I'm honest, I have to say I'm very seldom able to live up to those pretty words.
