How many times for the French to screw us until we get the message that they can't be trusted?

Time and time again they say one thing and do another later. They are a has been country, quickly going down the drain, it is time to forget them and let them die alone.
 
It must have something to do with the promise of 2000 soldiers revamped down to something like 20...
