I would suggest a separate 12b sticky that all can see without having to read the rules, click on any thread, however, I enjoy the pervs being banned.

I am sure there a some who are innocent, but 99 percent are guilty.

It has to be the easiest rule NOT to break, yet, it is constantly broken.

Look, think of how wonderful children are and then don't go there. Just don't.
 
And for USF whom I am sure will bring up my 12b banning, it was not a technical 12b. I was arguing against Grind's interpretation and that is why I was banned and the lovable asshole put it as a 12b, despite knowing exactly why I wrote what I did. I left the board for about a half a year in a simpering protest. Then realized I like this board and Grind is an herb brother. So, he begged me to come back and I finally relented and did.
