2) In order to placate Congress, he appoints conservative justices. Let's say Thomas and Kennedy retire quickly.
3) New SCOTUS tells Douchebag Donald "NO" on some issue.
4) DD defies Court
5) Republican Congress promptly impeaches and removes him from office.
6) Someone on the order of Rubio becomes President (I suspect he would nominate Haley for VP)
7) America rejoices, and becomes great again.
